Job Description: Assists and guides the entire project team toward the project objectives, ensuring that projects run smoothly, are completed, are delivered on time, on budget, and of expected quality. Responsible for supporting the project manager in defining the project design and for facilitating resources, tasks, schedules, tracking, timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist the project team in developing project plans and project schedules
Obtain and analyze project information from all project team member
Prepare and disseminate assessments related to anticipated benefits and impacts of project decisions on schedules
Assist Project Managers with identifying and analyzing significant project risks
Recommend proactive workaround or mitigating strategies for implementation when a risk occurs
Evaluate and assess impact derived from new schedules and System Change Requests (SCR)
Assist Project Managers and Leads to resolve project scheduling conflicts
Assist with the preparation and presentation of weekly project status reports and meeting minutes
